70. A training period undertaken by a candidate before 1 March 2010 is treated in accordance with the Regulation respecting the issuance and renewal of representatives’ certificates (Decision 99.07.08, 99-07-06) as it read prior to 1 March 2010. The Regulation also applies to applications submitted by a candidate further to completing a training period up to the time the candidate obtains his representative’s certificate.
